CDC Vaccine Finder
Individuals age 12+ (Pfizer) and 18+ (Moderna and Johnson & Johnson) are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine in Hawaii. The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention created a Vaccine Finder tool to find pharmacies with available vaccination appointments.
Longs, Safeway, Costco, and other pharmacies are now offering COVID-19 vaccines. Search by zip code to find a location near you and see which vaccines are being offered at each location. https://vaccinefinder.org/search/
