    Dennis has over 30 years of experience in owning and operating his own successful business in the areas of health care and rehabilitation, and so has personal experience with probably all of the stresses and excitement common to small business owners. He holds Master’s Degrees in both Cultural Anthropology and in Public Administration, and his areas of expertise include human resource management, marketing, financing, and program development.

    Dennis is the Chairman of the Board of the Kona Kohala Chamber of Commerce and is Chairperson of the Chamber’s Permitting and Housing Task Force. He is a past recipient of the SBA’s Small Business Advocate of the Year for Financial Services Award for Hawaiʻi County; and now this year’s Hawai‘i State Star!
