Historic Kailua Village Magazine Debuts

The Kailua Village Business Improvement District launched the inaugural Historic Kailua Village magazine in July. The free magazine is available throughout the Village in KVBID’s branded publication racks. The July to December edition had a print run of 25,000. The cover features a stunning sunset photo of Ahu’ena Heiau and Kamakahonu Bay. 

 
The inaugural magazine is the Culture and History edition and features discoveries highlighting Hulihe’e Palace, Mokuaikaua Church and Ahu’ena Heiau. Other magazine sections include: Let’s Eat, Making Waves, Uncovering Fun Facts,Kona’s Golden Sunsets, Mark Twain in Kona and an enhanced Village schedule of events.
