Coconut Grove Marketplace - Important Parking Update!!

Starting June 20th, we're updating our parking program to better serve our community.

Locals now enjoy 90 minutes of free parking with validation from participating tenants!

Non-locals can also benefit with a 50% discount for up to 90 minutes with validation.

• Up to 90 minutes free per participating store.
• Combine multiple validations for extended free parking (For example, get 90 minutes of free parking during breakfast at Island Lava Java, an additional 90 minutes free with the purchase of shave ice at Gecko Girlz, and another 90 minutes at Jack’s Diving Locker while shopping for snorkel gear, totaling 4 ½ hours of free parking.  *Bonus for Hawaii Residents: Register for LocalPerks Parking™ for an extra 90 minutes, totaling 6 hours.
