    Job Description

    Assists the Training & Devlopment Officer in developing training schedules and content for management, staff and volunteers. Assists in delivering new hire orientation program in the areas of security; CU philosophy; CU differences; in-house training and computer training programs; products and services; member services and sales skills. Evaluates organizational objectives; develops and delivers training and development programs that anticipate Credit Union needs, while preparing staff for upcoming changes. Administers tests that measure the effectiveness of staff learning. Maintains and retains records of training planned and training completed for all management, staff, and volunteers. Provides supervisors with training records to be used for appraisal reviews.
