Member Relationship Specialist - Kailua & Kaloko Branches

Primary Functions:

Serves as a liaison between members and the Credit Union. Provides account information by phone or in person, as well as information on the full range of Credit Union products and services. Opens accounts for members, researches and resolves issues, and professionally handles members’ needs. Completes, or ensures the proper completion of, all necessary procedures to effect members’ requests for ACH transactions, distributions, and all other electronic transfers. Provides informational services to members about their needs and cross sells the products, services and programs of the Credit Union.
