Coming up on Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 17 - 18, the Kona-Kohala Chamber of Commerce 13th Annual Hawai‘i Island Living+Design Show will be taking place at the Sheraton Kona Resort & Spa at Keauhou Bay.
With 2018 marking the Chamber’s 50th Anniversary, the celebration will continue with free event admission, awards for best booths and live radio D.J. Darde Gamayo from KAPA FM on Saturday from 12 p.m. – 2 p.m.
This year, event sponsors include HPM Building Supply, Honsador Lumber Corp., Hawaii Community Federal Credit Union, Hawai‘i Gas, ProVision Solar, Renewable Energy Services and West Hawaii Today.
"The strong line-up of sponsors and exhibitors is an indicator of West Hawai‘i’s strengthening economy," reflects Kona-Kohala Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Wendy Laros. "Exhibitors are bringing their newest and most exciting offerings for home design and comfortable living. HPM Building Supply and Honsador Lumber Corp. are the show’s headline sponsors, each with a full six-booth display promising to hold impressive demonstrations of their offerings."
“We’re happy to be back in the show after a few years absent,” said HPM Building Supply VP of Marketing & Retail Business Development Lee Wilson. “We’re bringing lots to see like Carhartt clothing, Trek decking, Pratt & Lambert & Ben Moore paints, Makita outdoor power tools and more. Plus a fun ‘words with friends’ type game for your chance to win a $500 HPM shopping spree! Looking forward to seeing everyone there!”
Attendees of the Hawai‘i Island Living+Design Show have many games and contests to look forward to at the show, including a drawing for a chance to win a two-night stay at the Sheraton Kona Resort & Spa at Keauhou Bay.
“The Hawaii Island Living+Design Show is a great way to connect with our customers,” said ProVision Solar Sales and Marketing Manager Kim Keahiolalo. “During the two day event we have the opportunity for personalized Q&A with shoppers. The spacious booth allows us to showcase our innovative products and services. There’s really nothing better than face to face interactions with the public. Thank you Kona-Kohala Chamber for all the work you put into this fun and worthwhile event!”
