ALOHA - The upcoming Kona-Kohala Chamber of Commerce AfterHours monthly networking event on Wednesday, Dec. 13 is a special one for multiple reasons:
Family Support Hawai‘i has been a member of the Kona-Kohala Chamber of Commerce for over 20 years. We asked them why this toy donation is important to the children in our community:
“Participating in Kalikimaka No Na Keiki makes a real difference in a child’s life at Christmas. For many children in families struggling in this economy, the holidays can be a time of hopelessness and uncertainty. We can bring joy to these children in our community by making sure each one has a Christmas present to open this holiday.”
We hope to see you at AfterHours 5-7 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 13 at Big Island Collision Center at the Kaloko Industrial Area in Kailua-Kona. Don’t forget to bring your unopened toy donation as your event admission! Please call 808-329-1758 to RSVP.
