The Kona-Kohala Chamber of Commerce provides Certificates of Origin for businesses that require this document when exporting out of the country.
A Certificates of Origin is an international trade document attesting that goods in a particular export shipment are wholly obtained, produced, manufactured or processed in a particular country. There is no charge to Kona-Kohala Chamber of Commerce members; however, non-members must pay a fee of $30. Subsequent documents that needs to be certified will be an additional $30 each.
Cash, credit card or check is accepted.
The Kona-Kohala Chamber of Commerce states, based solely on the attached (exporter's) affidavit or invoice, the Chamber believes that the goods described in the affidavit or invoice are products of the United States of America. The Chamber assumes no responsibility beyond obtaining the sworn statements in the affidavit or invoice. It makes no warranty, expressed or implied, concerning the goods, affidavit, or any documents relating thereto, and assumes no responsibility for the truth or accuracy of any statements contained in said affidavit or any of the documents mentioned therein.
