Lifespan Hawaii is looking for caring, compassionate, and dependable individuals to join our growing team island-wide. Whether you’re in Kona, Hilo, Waimea, Puna, or anywhere in between, we’d love to have you on board!

ABOUT THE JOB As an entry-level caregiver, you’ll provide personal care and support to clients in their homes. No formal experience is required—we’ll train you! If you’re hardworking, kind, and ready to learn, this is a perfect opportunity to start a rewarding career while making a difference in our community.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

· Provide protective supervision

· Support clients with mobility, transfers, and basic exercises

· Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, med reminders and errands

· Be a friendly, supportive presence for clients who need a little extra aloha

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

· A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others

· Reliability and the ability to show up for shifts on time

· Flexibility to travel to client homes

· A valid Hawaii driver’s license and auto insurance (if you’ll be driving your clients to run errands)

· Physical ability to assist with daily tasks and light lifting (up to 25 pounds)
